This website is operated by BassCamp Rentals, LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to BassCamp Rentals, LLC. BassCamp Rentals, LLC offers this website, including all information, tools, services, and equipment rentals available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site, renting equipment, or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website or booking a rental. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services/rentals.
SECTION 1 - RENTAL TERMS & ELIGIBILITY
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
You agree that you are renting the equipment for personal or approved commercial use and that you will operate/use the equipment in accordance with all provided manuals, safety instructions, and local laws. You may not use our equipment for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
SECTION 2 - BOOKING, SECURITY DEPOSITS, & CANCELLATIONS
**Rental Period:** The rental period begins at the designated delivery or customer pickup time and ends at the designated return or collection time, as specified during your checkout process via the BookX application. Late returns will be subject to additional daily fees.
**Security Deposits:** We require a security deposit for equipment rentals, which is collected at the time of checkout via the BookX application. This deposit is collected to cover potential damage, missing components, extreme dirtiness, or late returns.
* **Refund of Deposit:** Following the successful return and subsequent physical inspection of the equipment by our team, security deposits will be processed for refund within 3 to 7 business days.
* **Deductions:** BassCamp Rentals, LLC reserves the right to retain all or a portion of the security deposit if the equipment is returned damaged, incomplete, or significantly late. If damage costs exceed the security deposit, you agree to be held liable for the remaining balance required to repair or replace the equipment.
SECTION 3 - LOCAL DELIVERY AND CUSTOMER PICKUP/DROP-OFF
We offer two methods for acquiring and returning equipment: Local Delivery and Customer Pickup.
**Local Delivery & Collection:**
* If you opt for Local Delivery, you must provide a safe, accessible, and accurate delivery address within our local service zone.
* You, or an authorized adult, must be present during the scheduled delivery window to sign for and accept the equipment, unless alternative contactless arrangements have been explicitly agreed upon in writing.
* For collection, equipment must be staged and ready at the designated pickup location at the specified end time.
**Customer Pickup & Drop-Off:**
* If you select Customer Pickup, you are responsible for retrieving the equipment from our designated location at 2584 Taberville Drive, Blacklick, Ohio 43004 during designated operating hours.
* You are responsible for providing a vehicle adequate for safely transporting the rented equipment.
* You must return the equipment to our designated location by the exact return time specified in your order. Late returns disrupt future bookings and will result in penalty fees deducted from your deposit.
SECTION 4 - EQUIPMENT CONDITION, LIABILITY, AND RISK
**Inspection:** We inspect all equipment prior to delivery/pickup to ensure it is clean and in good working order. Upon taking possession of the equipment, you acknowledge that you have inspected it and accept it in its current "as-is" functional condition. Any pre-existing damage must be reported to us immediately upon receipt.
**Assumption of Risk & Liability:** You assume all risk and liability for the equipment during the rental period, including damage, loss, theft, or destruction. BassCamp Rentals, LLC is not responsible for any injury, property damage, or loss of life resulting from the use, misuse, setup, or operation of the rented equipment. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BassCamp Rentals, LLC and its employees from any claims arising out of your rental use.
SECTION 5 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any rental order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities booked per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
SECTION 6 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS (BOOKX)
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to third-party tools, such as the BookX booking management system, which we neither monitor nor have any control over.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools. Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion.
SECTION 7 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services or Equipment Rentals shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at this page.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
